Our Mission

Learn markets before you risk money.

We teach how markets work, then give you a simulated portfolio to practice.

Governance

Every rule we run on is public.

The Constitution & Bylaws set out how the club is structured, who holds each position, how trades are voted on, and how money is handled. Nothing about how we operate is kept behind a door.

Five tiers

A Board of Directors, Commissioners, Partners, Associates, and Analysts — each with its own duties and its own limits, written down in Article III.

Votes on the record

Quorum thresholds, recusal, and a three-stage approval chain before any real money moves. One member, one vote, and the Partner of Outreach & Records writes down who voted and how.

Returns go back out

The principal is never spent. Realized returns are split each April between grants to other Campolindo clubs, club programming, and reinvestment.
